A heavily-peated 2011 Port Charlotte single malt from Bruichladdich, PAC:01 has been matured in ex-American whiskey casks for six years before being finished in ex-Pauillac red wine casks for a further two years before bottling.

Its long aging in barrels that previously contained Bourbon gives our Single Malt Glen Turner Heritage a woody flavor as well as subtle notes of spices, vanilla and tropical fruits. Its finish in old Port barrels enriches the aromatic palette of this Single Malt with notes of wine and dried fruits.

This single-grain Scotch whisky was distilled at the Port Dundas Distillery, a legendary distillery that operated for 2 centuries and was at one time the largest in Scotland. Aged 26 years and bottled at 92 proof, the expression is as flavorful as it is rare.
