The Psagot Blanc de Blancs was produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The wine went through secondary fermentation in bottle and aged on its lees for 6 years before release.
Cremant might be Burgundy's greatest value category. This has so much in common with Champagne: a grape (Chardonnay), a soil-type (limestone), and the way in which it's made (methode Champenoise). The big difference? Price. You'd have to spend at least 50% more to get this kind of quality in Champagne.
A fantastically accessible, light, and dry sparkling wine. Made from a variety of grapes, such as Ugni Blanc and Airen, this wine has fresh, crisp notes of peach, apple and pear. Fine and persistent bubbles, a delicate fruity nose and a fresh and harmonious palate.

A blend with three grape varieties making it an elegant, crisp, dry and delicate sparkling from France's Loire Valley. It has a delicate mousse and a complex nose mixing different fruits such as quince, peach and grapefruit. On the palate hints of honey and a lasting fresh finish. This is a lovely easy drinking French sparkling wine which is part of the Bollinger house.
Its nose is deliciously scented, subtle and elegant, with aniseed aromas reminiscent of wild fennel, and floral hints of rose petals.
Toasty, smooth and clean with a pinch of sweet. Great with desserts. This sparkler truly captivates with an attractive yeasty aroma and luscious creamy texture. Comparable to DEMI-SEC in Champagne for a fraction of the cost.
