Taylor Wine Company was founded in 1880 with a seven-acre vineyard overlooking Keuka Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. After making Ports and Sherries for over 100 years, they continue their fine tradition with a line of dessert wines called "Taylor Desserts."

It’s not the nature of the business that determines quality, but what happens in the vineyard and cellar. Burgans is a custom cuvée made for European Cellars by Martin Codax, the largest cooperative in Rías-Baixas. Founded in 1986 by about 50 families with small plots of Albariño around the village of Cambados, it has grown to include almost 600 families and well over 3000 small parcels of Albariño.

Fossil & Fawn started out as a completely reasonable idea in the late summer of 2011, and quickly spiraled into a much more complex, frustrating, terrifying, and unbelievably rewarding venture. They began with the notion of making a small amount of wine from their family vineyard as a single-site bottling, simply because no one else had done so before.
