Aging in American oak imbues this tequila with the layers of semi-sweet vanilla, fruit and spice while maintaining the classic, earthy agave taste and leading to a smoky finish. Made from 100% blue agave.
This wine opens generously with layered aromas of black cherry, plum and currant, roasted coffee, unsweetened cacao, crushed violets, vanilla and nutmeg. Driven by energetic acidity, the palate is tied together by firm tannins, also integrating a glycerin-like, rounded body from the alcohol.
