Whole berry fermentation with a generous use of Malbec in the blend accentuates bright fruit tones on the palate, and leaves a lengthy finish.

Fruit comes from the biodynamically-farmed Seven Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills subregion of Willamette Valley, OR and is fermented with native yeasts (nothing added), fermented in large, neutral oak and is naturally clarified without filtration.

The vineyards and barrels we selected were chosen for their deeper, blue and black fruit attributes, as well as their lush and silky textures.

Omega Blend, formerly Delta winery, is a wine with a prominent presence, rich in aromas of ripe berries alongside the aroma of toasted wood. On the palate the wine is very tight and long. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Shiraz grapes. The wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels.
The deep purple color of the 2021 Columbia Merlot alludes to enticing aromas of rich, dark fruits and a subtle hint of Mocha. The majority of the grapes in this Merlot were sourced from the renowned Horse Heaven Hills AVA within the Columbia Valley.
With cellars located in the charming, hilltop town of Sancerre, Jean-Laurent and Jean-Dominique Vacheron have vineyards in mainly the eastern part of Sancerre on hard, flinty soils as well as smaller holding on softer limestone and clay soils.
The wine has a deep ruby-red hue that is framed in rich crimson. Aromas of black cherry and plum, surrounded by roasted coffee beans and vanillin oak accents. The entry is powerful and lush with flavors of bing cherry, blueberry, and cocoa.
