The roots of Pajaru estate are deeply embedded in the history and symbols of Puglia. The shepherd, known as the “Picuraru” in dialect, embodies that seasonal toil typical of the slow work required to produce a great wine. It is from the tenacity and perseverance that the shepherds have in tackling their work that we were inspired by the creation of the Primitivo “PICURARU”.
This is a structured wine, firm with tannins. Behind the structure, the attractive black-plum fruits are still developing. The wine is dense and solid.

Our 2021 Mark West Cabernet Sauvignon brims with layers of blueberry and blackberry preserves with hints of spice. Underlying note of toasted vanilla and caramel give the wine an elegance. The finish is rich and smooth with a lingering touch of dark plum.
