Boxler is widely considered one of the top producers in Alsace, although this small, meticulously run estate is often overshadowed by its larger, more famous neighbors (Trimbach, Humbrecht etc.). But that suits current winemaker/proprietor Jean Boxler just fine.
Buglioni L'Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is an intense ruby red color. Scents of cherry, black cherry, and white pepper, with mineral notes. Soft, fresh, and elegant with a long lasting finish.Pairs well with red meats, game, and mature or strongly flavored cheeses.
Color: straw yellow with golden reflections.Aroma: gentle scent of elderflower and ripe pears, delicate lime blossom honey.
Pale straw in color with a nose that leaps from the glass, reminiscent of lemon curd, green apple, and hints of jasmine flower.
