This beautiful and exceptionally full-bodied sake is brewed with a proprietary new strain of rice, Hakutsuru nishiki, which yields a sake unlike any other. Lovely floral aromas and a mouth-filling richness showcase its superior attributes.
Taragawa is the largest producer on Miyakojima island. Taragawa has a team of just five producing about 1000 Kiloliters per year. Surrounded by sugarcane fields, the distillery was established in 1948. Taragawa uses the hinekoji method which allows a special black mold to propagate for 3 days, creating a strong flavor and aroma suited for long aging.
Fine, distinguished. On the first nose, a herbaceous, salty and empyreumatic (sleet) peat clearly dominates. Allowed to breathe, it makes way for fruits (apple, pear, Canary melon), flowers (lily, carnation) and mint, all of which bring lots of momentum to the aroma palette. Gradually, it becomes increasingly milky (cream, coconut), exotic (pineapple, yellow kiwi) and medicinal (ointment,arnica).

An innovative combination of premium sake, a lot of fruit and some alcohol to round off. This is not the traditional plum wine, but a sake-based, innovative drink with a high proportion of Japanese UME fruit, namely the plum. This fruit sake is very refreshing, with a spicy taste. A great aperitif with lots of crushed ice and an excellent base for special cocktails.
Taking its name from its location in Shiraiwa, this region is renowned for its pristine snowmelt water. This assemblage-style junmai daiginjo is made by former Chef de Cave at Dom Pérignon Richard Geoffroy. A blend of no less than 20 different sakes, including reserves from previous years, this rich and complex sake will age gracefully over the next decade. Pair with raw scallops in yuzu vinaigrette.
The 2022 edition of the Yamazaki Cask Series Peated Malt whisky has been made with a carefully-selected blend of peated malts, creating a refined and smoky character. The palate offers notes of earthy smoke, pineapple, yuzu, charred oak and green herbs that linger in the finish.

Using only selected rice and Nada's famed spring water from Mt. Rokko, UKIYO-E JUNMAI DAIGINJO SAKE has been brewed with meticulous care and a centuries old tradition. A character istic fullness produced by the fruity fra grance and the umami of the rice can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.
This right here is a 5 year old blended Japanese whisky, released by the Hekinan Distillery. The whisky itself isn't chill filtered, and has a creamy flavour profile with plenty of vanilla and orchard fruits to it. The label features a rather fierce-looking bird upon it, which is exciting.
