Excellent aromatic intensity on the nose offers notes of citrus fruit, white flower blossoms and tropical fruit. On the palate it’s savory with good persistence of flavors and a fresh and pleasant citrusy finish.
Sul Vulcano is a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it presents a refined bouquet of white flowers combined with delicate citrus and vegetable scents, followed by mineral notes of flint. On the palate it is enveloping, fresh, and sapid, characterized by a marked minerality and persistence.
Jean-Philippe feels this is the perfect example of Meursault. There is a nice touch of gunflint reduction on the nose, which leads into intense stone fruit before tightening up again with a twist of lime acidity on the finish.

Lovely pale golden yellow. Floral nose, highly expressive ending on a touch of lime flower. Round and fleshy in the mouth, this wine has nice acidity. Well balanced, the finish takes aromas of apple. True enjoyment on grilled fish, fish stew and sea food.
