The brandy spirit is produced from Aligote, Rkatsiteli, and other white grape varieties. The brandy is made by blending the best-quality brandy spirits of various periods of aging: from 5 to 10 years.
It is made under control of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of New York (USA), OU, it has the status of Kosher for Passover (approved for Passover).
This fine aged brandy is produced from the unique wines of Israel. It is distilled to concentrate its flavor, then aged for three years in the finest oak casks where the brandy develops its golden amber color. Ashkelon brandy is smooth and mellow with subtle dried fruit aromas and a lingering finish.

It is produced since 1961 as a result of blending our own top quality eaux-de-vie made from the selected grapes of classical European and local varieties grown on vineyards of Kvint winery. Eaux-de-vie used for this product were aged in oak barrels for not less than years. This mellow, harmonious drink features delicate aroma of meadow flowers, vanilla and resinous hints.
