Sparkling wine is made according to the classical method of secondary fermentation of wine in sealed pressure tanks. The blend of PRESTIGE Brut includes selected grapes of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane varieties, collected manually.
This Meursault is pale yellow in color with green highlights and a subtle and fresh nose of citrus fruits and vanilla, with some oak adding a certain complexity. It is still quite tight on the back-palate.

Intense dark red in color with a complex nose reminiscent of black fruits, clove, black pepper and wood. Big on the palate yet soft and silky with sweet tannins and a lingering finish.
Pale lemon, with a beautifully perfumed nose, ripe but stopping short of honeysuckle. The minerals come up from behind, there is an altogether thicker texture on the palate, confit lemons, volume and length.
The bouquet of the North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is bursting with dark fruits and roasted nuts, with aromas of fresh cherries, blackcurrant, rose petal, and roasted walnuts readily apparent in the glass.
Fruit is night harvested, when the temperatures are cool to minmise oxidation, making it easier to manage in the winery. After that, we tinker as little as possible, letting the vine and the flavor speak, gently guiding it through the course of the winemaking process.
Grapes for this wine come from California's Central Coast, where the coastal influences of the Pacific Ocean combined with inland warmth create beautiful, balanced growing conditions for Chardonnay.
