A medium-bodied wine, with a cherry flavor and hints of caramel and smoke. The wine has a refreshing acidity, and is very pleasant and enjoyable to drink. The grapes arrived to the winery in the early morning after being mechanically harvested.

13.5% alcohol content. Hand harvested, whole cluster fermentation in vat, no pigeage or pumping over, pressed when fermentation is complete. Aged for 24 months in a single 1200 L Stockinger foudre.
Selected grapes from Agrelo and Uco Valley undergo long maceration and oak treatment to create a delicious, intensely fruity Malbec. It features notes of blueberry and boysenberry with a hint of minerality.
