The 2021 Serial Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon stands out with deep color and aromas. Wild, red and black berries, sweet herbs and cedar on the nose intensify on the palate with Chambord, chocolate nib, mocha and licorice flavors.
A well-layered nose grudgingly reveals its aromas of both white and yellow orchard fruit, ample citrus and soft spice nuances that are framed but subtle but not invisible wood influence.
