Perret’s approach to winegrowing is classic: respect each individual terroir—he produces several single-vineyard wines—and work the soil to avoid the need for chemical treatments. His goal is to make fresh, structured wines, in “a sort of Burgundian style” as he says, but without too much wood; wines that aren’t too worked over and will age well.

Unique gin distilled with botanicals such as yuzu, green bitter orange peel, coriander, licorice & angelica root. Color: clear. Nose: Very aromatic with notes of yuzu, citrus, and spices. Palate: same characters as the nose with a smooth texture and fresh finish.
Smooth and enticing cherry and strawberry on the nose. Vanilla features heavily on the palette with almost chocolate and nutmeg. Warm and textured finish. Dark ruby color, red and dark fruit in the taste. Nice fruity nose.

Domaine Jean-Paul Balland Sancerre is a clear appearance with a pale yellow hue. Intense aromas at first, fine, very mild of ripe fruits (peach) with hints of citrus and fresh herbs.
