From the producer: Spicy and savoury, Ardcore grips the senses with waves of marmite, burnt toast, chicory charcoal and infused coffee grounds making for a mosh pit in the glass. Like a safety pin through the septum, a classic Ardbeg herbal top note is present, while swirling, smoky bonfire and molasses loiter backstage.
On the nose, dense waves of raisin and plum sit atop roasted almond and milk chocolate with orange peel and allspice. On the palate, dark chocolate and plum lead the charge with raisins, treacle, roasted almond, and oak spice supporting.

The 12th batch of The Glendronachs Cask Strength series the delicious Highland Scotch whisky, which has been matured in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, bottled at a punchy 58.2% ABV. A few drops of water should open this up nicely, revealing all the rich fruit and nutty sherry goodness.
FUYU means "winter" in Japanese. Fuyu Mizunara is a three year old blend made up of 50% malt and 50% grain. This whisky is matured in American white oak barrels, with a six month finishing period in Mizunara barrels.
It presents transparency and very intense sparkles, with golden amber tones characteristic of a long stay in barrels. In the upper part of the glass there is a slightly note of banana and cherry, in a very subtle way we find a note of peanuts and walnuts, in the lower part of the glass we find floral notes of orange blossom and anis, in the middle we have the presence of rosemary, the sweet note of anise, dill and olive.
