The Cognac region consists of six vineyard growth areas, called 'Crus'. The grapes used for Cognac must always come from this French region. The area covers the Char- ente-Maritime, a large part of the Charente and some smaller parts of deux-Sevres and the famous Dordogne.

The legendary Ariake cooperage crafted the barrels near Kyoto, Japan. Bourbon is from Bardstown Bourbon Company, one of the most technologically advanced US distilleries.

Tres Agaves Tequila is crafted from single origin, certified organic agaves fermented and distilled in Amatitan, Jalisco, Mexico, the historic birthplace of Tequila. Agaves are harvested at peak maturity, fermented using a proprietary yeast, and double-distilled in small batches using traditional pot stills.
The color is a beautiful ruby red with violet highlights. Expressive on the nose, with jammy red fruits and soft spices. Particularly silky on the mouth, with very fine grain tannins. This wine also shows a very nice freshness.
