The Benedict pinot is named in honor of Edward Ronan “Ned” Benedict and pays homage to his love of burgundy. The wine showcases the complexity this region produces with balance, purity and persistent flavors of dark red fruits and earthy undertones of beetroot and wet earth. The silky texture is balanced by bright acidity and fine grained tannins.

This ensamble is a blend of Espadin and Tobalá. Tobalá is known as king of the agaves because of its uniqueness. The agave itself is very different from most other varietals.
Yet another stellar vintage in a string of odd-year dandies. This primary wine of our production offers a merge of red and black fruits, delicate spiciness from carefully selected American oak barrels, and deep brooding opaque color.
Distilled from 100% malted barley through a Coffey still, which is rarely done given the complexity and skill required, Nikka Coffey Malt Whisky boasts notes of cinnamon, clove, lemon and rich oak, making it ideal for sipping neat or as the base spirit in a cocktail.
Rich texture exhibiting hints of natural sweetness with peach & vanilla on the nose. Enjoy chilled like a fine white wine or in a delicious cocktail. Refrigerate after opening and for best taste, enjoy soon thereafter.
