Michele Chiarlo Le Orme Barbera d'Asti is a vibrant and elegant Italian red wine from the renowned Piedmont region. Made from 100% Barbera grapes, it showcases rich notes of ripe cherries, red berries, and a touch of spice, balanced by fresh acidity and silky tannins.
Grapes are harvested by hand, gently crushed, and soft pressed before being transferred to the winery for primary alcoholic fermentation. A second fermentation at low temperature lasts over two months, and the wine is finished with maturation on yeast lees for three months before bottling.
Adelphi Bladnoch 24-Year Scotch showcases a rich, bright gold color, with good beading and slow, skinny legs hinting at its elegant texture. Distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2014, this rare single malt was aged in a refill American oak ex-Bourbon barrel, yielding only 184 bottles.
