Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 17 Year Old Barrel Proof Bourbon Whiskey is a beautifully balanced combination of 17, 19, and 20-year-old bourbon. The traditional Bourbon mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye is used for this collection.
The 2013 Proprietary Red Sloan is from a similar 13 sections of land of domain vineyard. Run of the mill of the vintage, it is awesome, inky purple and gigantic, with staggeringly ready foods grown from the ground energy and outline that is stunning – given the lavishness and hugeness of this wine is a genuine long haul prospect.
Straw yellow color. Deep and elegant aroma, reveals hints of ripe fruit including pineapple, banana, yellow peach, Williams pear, custard, broom and rose flowers, delicate notes of sage and vanilla.

Earth and fruit are both complexly expressed in this nearly-opaque, massive-yet-controlled Pinot from the always impressive Pisoni Vineyard. The fun starts with Papi Merlot, a fruity wine with a sweeter taste. It is a red wine with a deep crimson color and magenta tones. This wine smells of plum, blackberry and chocolate aromas. A taste of dark berries, chocolate and soft tannins make for a sweet finish on the palate.
With our usual earlier pick date, the 2021 retained freshness and acidity, allowing the spice, as well as a bit of Cahors earthiness to show itself.
