The Dalton Winery is set in the beautiful green, mountainous country of the Upper Galilee, five kilometres from the Lebanese border, overlooking the Hermon Mountain.
From a region known for creating sometimes burly wines, this lower-alcohol, fruit-driven cuvée from declassified Bandol vines is a refreshingly vibrant wine from Provence. Blooming with fresh berry fruits and mild tannin, it’s a beacon of hope that fresh wines are still possible in this increasingly hot region.
Nigori is the way sake first appeared when it was brewed for the Imperial Court in Kyoto as well as for most of its 2,000-year history. It is lightly-filtered and the sweetest of all our types of sake. It is especially delicious with very spicy foods.
This product was made with excellent design, amazing taste, and complexity. The cats show the true japenese culture and come in a convienet and portable set of three included with a true aunthetic japenese-style carrying case.
Our 2019 The Leap Cabernet Sauvignon represents the distinctive personality of our estate vineyard and this fantastic vintage, showing a plethora of lovely dark berry fruits with layered richness and intensity.
There’s lots of Chenin between here and Santa Barbara, but there is good reason to traverse all those miles. Of all the sites with which the winery works, Jurassic Park, planted on its own roots on quartz sand atop lime- stone in the late 1970s exhibits the most vintage variation, and small variations create very strong signals in the wine.
The color is a beautiful ruby red with violet highlights. Expressive on the nose, with jammy red fruits and soft spices. Particularly silky on the mouth, with very fine grain tannins. This wine also shows a very nice freshness.
[yellow tail] Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in color with vibrant citrus, passion fruit, and fresh grassy scents on the nose and a tantalizing palate of fresh tropical fruits, passionfruit, and lime.
