Made with 100% blue agave grown in the rich volcanic soil provided by Volcán de Tequila, sourced from two distinct regions of Jalisco, the Lowlands and the Highlands, each imparting a unique flavor profile in the finished product. Hand-trimmed agave plants, or piñas, are cooked via two distinct methods which allow us to control the flavor, for a superior Tequila.

As a celebration of Don Chava Rosales' life, who has embraced the teachings, challenges, and passion for tequila over the years, to bring us what we know today as Tequila Cascahuin, "Siete Veces Diez" is a recognition of the second generation of Cascahuin and a celebration, as in 2023, Salvador Rosales Torres turned 70 years old and currently serves as the CEO of Tequila Cascahuin.
