Part of Glen Moray's core range comes this tasty 21 Year Old Portwood expression. The single malt spent much of its maturation in bourbon casks, before it was transferred to Port casks for a finishing period. The fruity Speysider was bottled at 46.3% ABV without chill-filtration.
The 2022 release of 25-year-old single malt from Glen Scotia, which was matured in American oak barrels and married in first-fill bourbon basks before bottling. Aromas of sweet vanilla, salty sea breezes and clove-studded oranges fill the nose, complemented by notes of red apples, tangy orange, caramel, ground ginger and sea salt throughout the palate.

The English name refers to the light colour of the bark of some species. American Oak trees grow much faster than most European Oak species and can live for hundreds of years.

In 2018, the Isle of Jura whisky range got a rather snazzy relaunch, which included this tasty 12 year old single malt. Distilled on the eponymous Inner Hebridean island, this expression was initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, before being moved over to Oloroso sherry casks for a finishing period. A great example of Jura's delicious malts, more than suitable as an after dinner dram.
The third annual-release in the Harmony Collection has been created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney and celebrates the fertile lands of Scotland. The presentation box and bottle label are made with discarded meadow cuttings and the whisky was matured ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks. This has imparted aromas of honeysuckle, coconut and citrus peel on the nose, leading to notes of almond, honeydew melon and green tea on the palate.
The Tomintoul distillery is located in the Scottish Highlands in the Cairngorms National Park. The distillery was named after the village of Tomintoul, which is located near the site. The whiskey distillery was opened in 1964 and is now in the hands of Angus Dundee Distillers.
