Dignitary Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from grapes grown at the base of Chalk Hill, where a slightly warmer climate and rich volcanic soils create ideal conditions for the clone. The wine is aged unfiltered for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Sal da Terra is comprised of wine from two of Eulogio’s own parcels. The first, Francón, is immediately adjacent to the Ría de Arousa which gives it direct Atlantic influence. The soils are sandy granite and red clay with 35-year-old vines trained on pergolas.

Zeni Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso Marogne 2021 boasts a deep ruby red color and a rich bouquet of black cherry and well-ripened fruit. On the palate, it is rounded, velvety, and full-bodied with a lingering finish.
