Rich and complex notes of toffee and butterscotch on the nose combine with ripe peach and bitter orange. Initial notes of soft apricot and cream are offset by developing flavors of blackcurrant jam and sweet oak with a touch of honey. Very long and balanced finish, progresses from creme brulee to a gentle oak flourish.
