This 50-year-old Tawny was sourced in the eastern reaches of the Douro Valley, location of many of the finest vineyard estates and traditional source of the most long-lasting wines. Prior to blending, the individual wines were aged in Taylor’s cellars in seasoned oak casks specially selected and set aside by the firm’s team of expert coopers.
Red colour. Very rich aromas of ripe young fruits. Strong and full-bodied, long and persistent finish.
Fortified wine produced in the mountainsides along the Douro Valley selected to age in wooden vats. It shows maturity in colour, concentration in flavours and evolution in the aroma.

Graham’s 10 Year Old has a deep tawny and polished copper colour. Complex aromas combined with hints of honey and figs. On the palate, rich mature fruit flavours, beautifully mellowed with a luscious and long finish.
With a floral aroma of citrus, lemon and lime, it reveals a pleasant aromatic freshness with slight nuances of wood. On the palate it is velvety, fresh and balanced with notes of fruit, citrus, dry apricot and slight woody nuances. It results in an elegant and fresh set, with a long and persistent aftertaste of ripe citrus fruits and nuts, walnuts and almonds.
This Port has a chance to age. It has the opulent character of a Fonseca Port, enhanced by the fine vintage. Rich and full in the mouth, the wine's stewed blackberry and sweet plum flavors, both underlined by tannins, are sure to age well.
Nose: powerful and complex nuttiness aromas in harmony with spicy notes, warm roasted coffee and cinnamon hints from the long contact with oak wood during the aging process.Palate: On the palate, an array of flavours flourishes, mainly to toasted nuts and chocolate. The 40 Year-old is an intense and complex port with mellow and spicy aftertaste.
