Barkan Reserve Chardonnay is from the Barkan Winery, the second largest in Israel. It was founded in 1990, and its head winemaker is Ed Salzberg. The winery moved to Kibbutz Hulda near Rehovot in 2000.

Thomas S. Moore Cabernet Sauvignon Cask Finished Bourbon is one of three releases in the new "ultra-premium" brand from Barton 1792 Distillery. Moore founded the distillery in 1889 in Bardstown, Kentucky now known as Barton 1792 but it closed in 1920 due to Prohibition.
Ojaleshi is a medium-sweet red wine produced from indigenous olajeshi grapes. It's light red in color, shows a delicate herbaceous bouquet, with notes of raspberry, redcurrant, and red rose. The taste is well balanced between the fresh acidity and natural sweetness.
