Wine was matured in oak barrels for 6 months and has a dark ruby color, well defned Saperavi grapes aroma, cherry and vanila tones with velvety taste and firm body. Wine is recommended with meat dishes, BBQ and steak.
Appellation controlled medium sweet wine, produced from specially selected Saperavi grapes grown in Kindzmarauli appellation of Kakheti region. This wine perfectly displays aroma peculiar to this variety combined with notes of cherry and blackberry, presented with dark red color. Velvet and dance taste is nicely harmonized with natural sweetness. Recommended serving temperature 52-54 degrees F.
Akhasheni is produced in the Kindzmarauli Specific Viticulture Area, from saperavi grapes. This medium-sweet red wine has a very rich and complex bouquet, with fresh notes of small berries and liquorice.
