A wine that is pleasantly fruity with an attack that reveals wonderful freshness. This Gevrey-Chambertin Villages can definitely be cellared for 5 to 6 years.
This sparkling wine is bright straw in color with fresh, light green reflections. On the nose, ripe meyer lemon, pears, stone fruit, as well as hints of freshly baked sourdough bread. Light to medium- bodied, off dry, with an almost creamy texture.
A wine that has acquired an increasingly well-defined identity over the years and that in 2019, also on the strength of a spectacular harvest and the confirmation of the addition of Cabernet Franc in the blend, undoubtedly marks its territorial connotation.
Hand-harvested and sorted at the winery after harvest. Fermentation with native yeasts, Fermentation lasts 18 - 25 days for all wines. Aged in stainless steel tank for 18 months. Aged in bottle for 3 months before release. Age of vines: 60 years.
With a nice pale yellow colour, our Mâcon-Lugny offers a nose of citrus, with grapefruit and green lemon notes. The mouth is ample and suave with yellow fruits, citrus and muscat aromas. Beautiful freshness on the finish.
The Fog Monster Bedrock Red is an heirloom field blend of 27 different grape varieties, including Zinfandel (55%), Carignan (15%), and Mataro (10%), sourced from the eponymous Bedrock single vineyard planted in 1888.
CastelGiocondo 2017 has an intense, bright ruby-red color. Like every vintage, 2017 brought with it a wonderfully elegant quality. The bouquet features fruity aromas, particularly at the beginning, with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and even pomegranate.
