Editorial Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 presents a dark opaque black center with crimson-violet tones towards the rim, and dark staining tears. The wine leads with powerful notes of black current, smashed raspberry, and blackberry.
A deep maroon core with a ruby rim, the 2021 Eight Years in the Desert opens with aromas of wild blackberry, pepper, oatmeal raisin cookie, Sequoia forest floor, bay leaf and spices. Sourced from several plots all situated in the lieu-dit of Les Boucauds, this cuvée employs close to 50% of the Sauvignon Blanc planted on the estate. Entirely from terres blanches soils – marls and clays over Kimmeridgian limestone – this wine represents a pure expression of this site as well as the deft winemaking of Stéphane Riffault.

The 2019 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of red cherry, raspberry, blackberry, iris, vanilla and clove. Ruby in color, this elegant wine has great acidity and lift on the mid-palate. Black currant and warm baking spices linger with a deep and fruity finish. It will provide drinking pleasure through 2047 given proper cellaring.
"Monte dei Frati" is a juicy, sapid and mineral white wine based on Vermentino, vinified in steel with maceration on the skins for 48 hours. It has a mineral and Mediterranean bouquet, with notes of fruit, citrus and territorial herbs. On the palate it is tense and fresh, consistent with the sense of smell and persistent.
Deep color, with a brilliant purple rim. An intense nose, with a fine, floral perfume alongside the ripe red fruit. There are hints of undergrowth, graphite and smoked walnut too. The palate is rich and mouth filling, with smooth tannins that support the wine well. On the finish, alongside the floral and fruit flavors, mineral complexity lingers.
The finest highland tequila is gently aged in bold American Oak and then finished in fine French Oak wine casks creating a balanced profile with vanilla, dried fruit, and a hint of spice on the finish. A combination of French wine casks and American white oak casks are used to achieve the ideal flavor complexity and rich aromatics.
Louis Jadot Macon-Villages shows bright white flower, apple and citrus aromas and bracing, fresh, clean fruit on the palate, with mineral notes. This is a classic expression of Chardonnay from this appellation.
