The origin of Lot C-91 began in the fall of 1969 when Joe Heitz created this one-off cuvée, which was very normal in those days, as a more premium version of his already iconic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon bottling. Joe envisioned Lot C-91 as a greater step up in quality from the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, with a higher quality of fruit sourcing, coming exclusively from the sought-after single vineyards of Heitz Cellar.
This 2023 rendition boasts beautifully fresh, fragrant aromas of honeydew melon, grapefruit and guava, with a slight floral note. Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, with a silky texture, its vibrant melon, citrus and gooseberry flavors are perfectly balanced, leading to a long, succulent finish boasting bright citrus and mineral tones.
Salbide is a local name meaning "Horses' Path." It refers to the ancient routes leading from the vineyards across the nearby Sierra de Cantabria mountain range. With an aroma of green apple and a floral undertone, the Woodbridge Chardonnay displays a smooth elegance. The aromas and flavors show nuances of baked apples and cinnamon, ending in a rich oak finish.

Ruby red in color with garnet reflections. The ethereal nose opens with focused cherry and strawberry, rose petal, and hints of spice. Elegant and fresh on the palate with notes of bright red fruit, firm tannins, and a long finish.
“The Brooklynites 3.0,” our third orange wine, is made from Gewurztraminer grapes grown in Los Carneros, Napa Valley. The orange hue of this wine comes from the skin contact and maceration during fermentation; the same process that gives red wine its color, tannins and also contributes to its flavor.
