The first release of Big Moustache produced 580 cases from 14 hand selected barrels. The mash build is 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley. A long fermentation of 3 days makes our whiskey unique. The freshly distilled, unaged whiskey is filtered over sugar maple charcoal before going into new American oak barrels.
This Buffalo Trace Experimental Collection release showcases a bourbon aged for 9 years in barrels constructed from air-dried, charred white oak staves seasoned for 36 months.

One-hundred percent Cabernet Sauvignon from the Gandona Estate up on Pritchard Hill, aged for 20 months in 73% new French oak, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is very deep garnet-purple colored with an intense nose of crème de cassis, blueberry pie and chocolate-covered cherries with wafts of red roses, star anise, cloves, cigar box and tilled loam.
