Situated in Bué in the Sancerre region of the Loire Valley, the Millet family has been making wine for over five generations. The Domaine is now run by Gérard and Isabelle, along with their son Steve.
This wine is from the riddle ranch above occidental a cool coastal village strongly influenced by the pacific ocean. Reduced on the nose it offers brightly woven raspberry and strawberry flavors rounded by sizable firm tannins and a midpalate girth that finds relief in rose petal and zesty allspice notes on the finish.

Fruity aromas of juicy tangerine, passion fruit, orange blossom water, and lime sherbet with a velvety, crisp, fruity medium body and a sleek, interesting, medium-length lime zest, cream, and pineapple gummies finish. It is dry, lively and fresh with well-defined fruit. Grown on the opposite bank from Sancerre, this wine is a little more complex and flowery than Sancerre.
For the lover of Riesling that isn't dry. This Kabinett's vines comes mostly from the Himmelreich single vineyard in the town of Zeltingen. Full of blue slate soils, the mineral adds a vibrant freshness to this juicy, gushing white wine that has a good dose of orchard fruit and sweetness on the palate.
