This reserve wine is meticulously crafted from grapes harvested from the finest plots. The blend is carefully composed and then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 9 months. The captivating aroma is centered around red fruits, accompanied by delicate hints of vanilla. The velvety texture of the wine is gracefully supported by refined tannins, resulting in a smooth and luxurious mouthfeel.
Plum core, crimson rim with a glossy sheen. There is an otherworldly aromatic element that is hard to define, a natural result of two hemispheres united by one winemaking philosophy. The Arabian spice souk leads the charge: dark, savory spice blends – harissa, baharat, cloves, nutmeg, pimento, cinnamon, fennel, anise. Deli meats provide further appeal: pastrami, jamón ibérico, finocchiona. Generous fruits, fresh punnets of blackberry, cassis liqueur, dehydrated blood orange.
This full-bodied wine smells like black currants and blackberries, tastes ripe, and is lightly tannic to give it a little grip. Bring on the beef or pork tenderloin.
Purple color with violet tints. The first nose reveals notes of ripe Syrah: liquorice, pepper and peony give way to a beautiful procession of small red and black fruits. The palate is very mature and has good body, supported by velvety tannins and a melted acidity. Intense flavors of red fruit, blackberry and spices combine on the palate until the round and fleshy finish.
Red dry wine made from Saperavi grapes grown in the Kakheti region. Vinification of grape juice is carried out in the traditional way for red wines under strict temperature control. The wine is served to Georgian cuisine, pork and beef, grilled sausages, aged cheese and baked duck.
The 2018 Pessimist is inky and dark aubergine in color. A powerhouse vintage with a plethora fruit showcasing blueberry, boysenberry, plum and strawberry. Smoky notes of truffle and roasted coffee are accompanied by accents of floral consisting of lavender and lilac, highlighted by underlying nuances of buttered toast, vanilla, and a breath of cool wintergreen.
Omega Blend, formerly Delta winery, is a wine with a prominent presence, rich in aromas of ripe berries alongside the aroma of toasted wood. On the palate the wine is very tight and long. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Shiraz grapes. The wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels.
