This wine is perfumed in brioche and baked apple, with seasonings of nutmeg and vanilla. It opens in a rich, full-bodied concentration of citrus and white peach and evolves on the palate to show structure and depth.
Ripe peach, citrus fruits, spice, and pie crust aromas all mingle and lift from the glass. The citrus, supported by notes of apricot, continues on the palate which is concentrated with a rich, creamy middle palate, and strong supporting acidity.

Thomas S. Moore Chardonnay Cask Finished Bourbon is one of three releases in the new "ultra-premium" brand from Barton 1792 Distillery. Moore founded the distillery in 1889 in Bardstown, Kentucky now known as Barton 1792 but it closed in 1920 due to Prohibition.
After the fermentation the pomace and the last fraction of the pressing wine is double steam distilled in traditional way. The resulting Chacha Chardonnay is stored in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Intense floral aromas.
The alluring color of honeysuckle, this wine features scents of creamy citrus, calling to mind the meringue on top of lemon squares. The freshness of the nose evokes a walk through the vineyard or the minerality of wet granite encountered on a hike.
