Stella Rosa Lemon Lime is a semi-sweet, semi-sparkling wine blended with natural lemon, lime and rose petal flavors. A fresh take on our original Stella Rosa wine, Lemon Lime is phenomenal as a chilled shot, or paired with seafood, spicy cuisine and desserts.
The Altero was made from a selection of the best wine in the cellar. Aged for 30 months in French oak tonneaux (500 l), followed by 18 months of bottle refinement, the vintage is definitely cellar worthy. Juicy red currants, cherries, and sprigs of fresh rosemary are robed in vanilla and baking spice with just a wisp of smoke. Best with BBQ or lightly smoked meats and cheeses.
The 2019 Barolo Ravera di Monforte is a powerful, searing wine. Red cherry fruit, leather, cedar, mint, iron, white pepper and dried flowers build in a mid-weight, tannic Barolo that is going to need time to be at its best. There is good tension and energy, but my impression is that the 2019 is recovering from its bottling, as it is very tight and sinewy in feel today.
Dark garnet-ruby color. A mix of small red fruits - raspberries, currants, cherries, rhubarb and pomegranate - with toffee andcola nut, beginning to show secondary characteristics.
Giuseppe Quintarelli's 'Amabile del Cere' Passito Bianco Veneto IGT 2007 is a rare and enchanting expression of Italian winemaking expertise. Hailing from the Veneto region, this Passito Bianco captivates with its golden hue and complex aromatics.
The harvest for the Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Schiavenza is carried out manually between the second half of September and the first of October. The winemaking and aging process includes fermentation and maceration in 30/50 quintal concrete tanks for 15-20 days, maintaining a variable temperature between 30° and 33°C. During this period, two daily pumpovers are carried out to aerate the fermenting must and break the cap
La Gerla Brunello di Montalcino is known and valued for its special elegance and pleasant aromas; extremely aromatic, soft and velvety to taste, aged in the bottle for at least eight months.
Taste:The taste of wine, rounded and harmonious, balanced and expressive, with a pleasant acidity. The finish is long, with fruit and hints of mineral nuances.
Quintarelli is considered the father of Amarone, with an ancient history that dates back to the early 1900s in Negrar, the epicenter of Valpolicella, where between 12 hectares of vineyards and with the utmost respect for tradition, about 50,000 bottles a year are produced for a production niche and therefore of great quality.
Produced in the tiniest of quantities, this absolutely stunning Barolo is a delight! Texture like velvet and extremely elegant, it is open, generous and layered with juicy red cherry flavours overlain with herbs and spices, plus notes of raspberry and cranberry. Unusually for a Barolo, this is already beautiful to drink, but will age well for a decade. Hugely powerful and incredibly elegant. We received an allocation of 12 bottles only. This is very rare.
