The 2022 Vino Rosso N Contrada Valle is dark and rich in the glass, with a balsamic flourish that gives way to mentholated herbs and dried black cherries. This is soft and soothing on the palate with ripe wild berry fruits and zesty citrus tones under an air of violet inner florals.
A gorgeous vintage. A liquorice bomb, nevertheless. Some rose and candied characteristics. Unsurprisingly grippy tannins. Good with oily tomato pesto and ravioli. After giving it some time to breath there's bold cassis and prunes to complement the slightly more toned-down liquorice.
This wine is all elegance, freshness and minerality. Intensely scented with fine floral and citric notes alongside aromatic herbs, almonds and the local Ligurian scrub.
Roero Arneis by Malvirà winery is an excellent white wine made with 100% Arneis grapes harvested in different plots of Roero vineyards. In the glass it is bright and pale, with a beautiful straw yellow color; it has a fresh and fruity bouquet with hints of peach, elder flower, acacia and aromatic herbs.
The wine appears a pale straw, then releases long-lasting, emphatic notes of fruit and flowers, including summer flowers, pear, and hazelnut, that evolve into hints of tropical fruit and honey.
The harvest for the Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Schiavenza is carried out manually between the second half of September and the first of October. The winemaking and aging process includes fermentation and maceration in 30/50 quintal concrete tanks for 15-20 days, maintaining a variable temperature between 30° and 33°C.
Barone Fini Merlot is a testament to the rich winemaking heritage of Italy, showcasing the skillful blend of traditional methods and modern innovation that characterizes the vineyard's approach.
This wine features a deep and bright purple color. Its rich and fruity nose reveals notes of cherries, dark currant, spices, and toasted oak. Full-bodied and balanced, it offers a smooth texture with a long finish.
The usual intense color indicates a wine of great texture and intensity, followed by a fruity scent that is ripe and fresh at the same time, emphasized by classic balsamic and spicy hints.
