Gikyo Junmai Ginjo Genshu is crafted with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 60%, and produced in Higashi-Harima, Hyogo Prefecture. With an alcohol content of 16% to 17%, this sake is made using domestic rice and rice malt.
