Markovic Estates Select Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot is a semi-sweet red wine crafted in the Pays d'Oc region of France. This exquisite blend offers rich, fruity flavors with a smooth finish, making it a delightful choice for any occasion.
The wine is aged in oak barrels for 15 months. It has a nice bright straw gold color. The nose is with great finesse with notes of citrus, flowers (acacia), minerality and it reveals a slight touch of honey, which will increase with age.
Simmonet Febvre's Petit Chablis was born in vineyards located in the heart of the prestigious French region of Chablis, in Burgundy. It is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand.
For red varieties, harvests began on 21 September for the ‘old’ Merlot and finished on 8 October with the Cabernet Sauvignon. The red wines are extraordinarily fruity with a deep color, powerful aromas, and silky tannins with a high concentration of polyphenols.

The 2021 Échézeaux Grand Cru has turned out beautifully in bottle, bursting with aromas of wild strawberries, spruce, baking spices and orange zest, followed by a full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping palate that's taken on appreciable mid-palate fat and dimension since I tasted it from barrel last year.
The nose of this Pomerol offers an unparalleled charm. Fugue de Nenin 2016 is a wine bright with black fruit. This delicious second wine of château Nenin, it is chatty but without being excessive. On the palate it displays a great freshness in taste and is structured around creamy, well-rounded tannins, which are nevertheless delicately tactile.
This is typically gastronomic with a cornucopia of exotic flavours – classic Gewürztraminer notes of rose petals, white pepper, lychee and lime – along with bright acidity and mouthwatering minerality.
Smoky, flinty notes suggest some reduction at first but open nicely to reveal green-plum and yuzu aromas. Sourced from a single vineyard of 30-year-old, organically farmed vines, it's a fresh, cutting lime and lemon sip with a long, delightfully chalky finish.
