Refined with a young composition, Pavillon de Leoville Poyferre enjoys a fruity character with a palate pleasing finesse that is very rare to find for for a Bordeaux of its age. Comprised of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon and 37% Merlot.
This blend comes from a vineyard just south of Saint-Emilion. Rounded and smooth, it is medium to full-bodied with soft tannins and a long, fresh finish. Oak is slightly used and this lets the plum, bramble jelly and blackcurrant fruit really come to the fore.
This young 2022 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits reveals an impressive depth, combining notes of red cherries, tart and sweet raspberries, and just a hint of violets.

Garnet red. On the nose there are scents of cherries, wild strawberries, caramel. Fresh and well balanced, good length on the palate. Lovely clear shimmering ruby. The nose is delicate and offers aromas of red fruit and warm spices. The mouth is velvety, fresh and elegant with harmonious tannins and definite touch of smokiness.Enjoy with meat, barbecues, cheese.
Monsieur Touton Sauvignon Blanc possesses just the right amount of zesty Sauvignon Blanc flavors that let you know that it's distinctively French, but the acidity that it delivers really pops nicely for a white Bordeaux without the pucker up style of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
Pauillac at its best is deep, intense, full and powerful — the iron fist in a velvet glove. This benchmark example from a well-sited property, with vineyards planted in deep gravel soils, is mainly cabernet sauvignon and has lovely, pure, intense fruit with refined tannins on the finish.
