Elegant Sauvignon blanc from the Loire Valley. Notes of pear and citrus. This Pouilly Fumé shows pale yellow with a pronounced bouquet of white currants. It is dry, lively and fresh with well-defined fruit. Grown on the opposite bank from Sancerre, this wine is a little more complex and flowery than Sancerre.

The name Colline aux Fossiles may seem fanciful, but there are actually old, weathered fossils mixed in this site’s gravelly soils. The Colline Aux Fossiles Chardonnay is picked when the flavors are rich and ripe but when there is still plenty of natural acidity remaining in the grapes.
A pale yellow wine with hints of gold, the complex nose is intense with floral notes (rose) and spices (pepper). Hints of ripe grapes. The attack is direct and concentrated. Well-balanced and rather dry, it goes well with tropical dishes and anything based on the strong Alsatian Munster cheese.
Very ripe strawberries and raspberries with hints of cranberry. This wine has a creamy texture, yet it is delicate and fresh with a crisp finish. Grapes grown from some of the most choice land in the surrounding region of La Motte en Provence, consisting primarily of Grenache, Rolle (Vermentino), Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren.
The wine is aged in oak barrels for 15 months. It has a nice bright straw gold color. The nose is with great finesse with notes of citrus, flowers (acacia), minerality and it reveals a slight touch of honey, which will increase with age.
