Bruno Colin Saint-Aubin Premier Cru "Le Charmois" is an elegant white Burgundy that showcases the terroir of the Côte de Beaune. This Premier Cru Chardonnay offers refined notes of citrus, white flowers, and a subtle minerality, perfect for pairing with seafood and poultry.
Clos de l’Elu’s 30 plots span over 22 hectares of vines, located on the southern-exposed slopes of the Loire. The estate focuses on classic Loire varieties, farmed using biodynamic principles, hand-harvested, and spontaneously fermented.

Perret’s approach to winegrowing is classic: respect each individual terroir—he produces several single-vineyard wines—and work the soil to avoid the need for chemical treatments. His goal is to make fresh, structured wines, in “a sort of Burgundian style” as he says, but without too much wood; wines that aren’t too worked over and will age well.

Domaine Jean Grivot is among the great names in Burgundian wine. Étienne Grivot and his wife Marielle took over from Étienne’s father Jean Grivot in 1987. The vineyards are densely planted and farmed organically “sans certification” while the aim in the cellar is for balance and clear expression of terroir.
The nose of this Pomerol offers an unparalleled charm. Fugue de Nenin 2016 is a wine bright with black fruit. This delicious second wine of château Nenin, it is chatty but without being excessive. On the palate it displays a great freshness in taste and is structured around creamy, well-rounded tannins, which are nevertheless delicately tactile.
A fruity, mineral and fine wine will be appreciate for the aperitif especially with oysters. Michel Thomas and his son Laurent took over the estate in 1970 from Michel’s father, who started in 1946.
