Elegant Sauvignon blanc from the Loire Valley. Notes of pear and citrus. This Pouilly Fumé shows pale yellow with a pronounced bouquet of white currants. It is dry, lively and fresh with well-defined fruit. Grown on the opposite bank from Sancerre, this wine is a little more complex and flowery than Sancerre.
Les Cadrans de Lassègue 2021 presents a beautiful, shiny ruby color. The fresh and elegant aromas evoke notes of red fruits, spices and white pepper. The palate is harmonious with very fine tannins and a beautiful minerality which continues in a vibrant and balanced finish.
After sorting in the vineyard and winery, the grapes are de-stemmed then directly put in tank. The spontaneous fermentation then starts. The grapes will stay in tank for roughly three weeks during fermentation. The wine is then put in oak barrels, by gravity, for 10 months (no new oak). No fining is performed.

The 2017 Santenay 1er Cru Le Beaurepaire Rouge is utterly charming, bursting with plummy fruit that's complemented by nuances of pencil lead and rich soil. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, with melting tannins, succulent acids and an expansive finish.
