It has a harmonious bouquet of Granny Smith apples, fresh pear and subtle scents of passion fruit that betray the sunny period at the end of the growing season. The palate is fresh and crisp with a fine bead of acidity, very succinct and poised with a delightful salinit on the finish. Excellent.
