The 2020 Château Peymouton is a charming, classic Saint-Emilion offering outstanding darker cherry and mulberry fruits as well as subtle notes of leather, earth, and dried herbs. Nicely balanced, medium-bodied, and elegant, it's a fine, classic, thoroughly enjoyable 2020 to enjoy over the coming 10-15 years.
Produced from a specific terroir of Chateau Leoville Poyferre, the wine of Chateau Moulin Riche is made with the same great care as its older brother.

There are pacts that can not be denied! "Angels pact" is an exceptional wine. It has a dress of deepintense red, rich concentrated aromas of black fruits with hints of violet and cocoa in the nose. Silky taste showing depth and elegance with notes of blackberry and blueberry.
Big, ripe jammy fruit with semi sweet spicy structure on the palate. Pairs well with red meat, deli, barbecue and cheese.
Boxler is widely considered one of the top producers in Alsace, although this small, meticulously run estate is often overshadowed by its larger, more famous neighbors (Trimbach, Humbrecht etc.). But that suits current winemaker/proprietor Jean Boxler just fine.
More limestone in the soil compared to Charmois. Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, less than 15% new. 30-45 g/L sulfur added at bottling. Corpulent, lemon curd with zippy acidity.
The 2020 Pierres Dorees has a dark garnet color with an intense nose of black fruits, blueberry, and cherries. There is a fullness on the palate with flavors of currant and mocha followed by a fresh finish.
Gold colour, limpid, greenish-gold highlights. Complex and fruity with citrus aromas, lemon aromas, grapefruit aromas. Fresh taste, intense citrus hints, generous grapefruit hints, chalk hints, mineral, good length.
The lieux-dit, Chambertin is charged with prestige. Perhaps one of Burgundy's most aristocratic appellations and greatest terroir. The domaine purchased its parcel in 1919 and the goal has been always to show off the underlying terroir, creating soil-driven and absolutely pure wines harkening to an earlier era.
Lovely pale golden yellow. Floral nose, highly expressive ending on a touch of lime flower. Round and fleshy in the mouth, this wine has nice acidity. Well balanced, the finish takes aromas of apple. True enjoyment on grilled fish, fish stew and sea food.
Red Sancerre perfectly illustrate the virtues of the Pinot Noir grape variety. They are fragrant, elegant, fine and they have delicate aromas of red berries, ranging from cherries to blackcurrants.
The name Colline aux Fossiles may seem fanciful, but there are actually old, weathered fossils mixed in this site’s gravelly soils. The Colline Aux Fossiles Chardonnay is picked when the flavors are rich and ripe but when there is still plenty of natural acidity remaining in the grapes.
