This wine starts with the award-winning Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, which is aged for two months in bourbon barrels, imparting delicious notes of cedar, caramel, and a subtle hint of bourbon.
Plenty of ripe, wild berry and plum aromas and flavors, framed by vanilla, spice, and toasty oak. Lush mid-palate tannins flow into a lengthy finish accented by bright fruit. Made with 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc, 7% Petit Verdot.
