Force & Grace Chardonnay boasts an aromatic nose of crisp apples, ripe melon, and sweet citrus. The bright palate draws on flavors of lemon and Fuyu persimmon, with an edge of stony minerality. Oak aging adds complex notes of vanilla, brioche, toasted coconut, and hints of cinnamon, swathed in a wonderfully rich texture and complemented by fresh balancing acidity.
Brilliant ruby-red. Deep-pitched cherry and red berry preserve, cola and a hint of pungent flowers on the nose. Sweet, broad and fleshy on entry, offering raspberry and cherry preserve flavors that firm up on the back half.
Deeply saturated, jewel-toned wine. A seductive nose displays aromas of black cassis, lifted violets, and dark-chocolate shavings. The Clos Electrique Rouge from 2021 is an astounding wine with notes of leather, porcini mushrooms, forest floor and a dose of plums bringing in the finish. Its perfect silky mouth and a nice round finish cry for a café 90’s Duck l’orange, chanterelles sautéed with butter and sherry, a Ribeye cooked to perfection or perhaps even cardboard.
A rich, dense ruby color hints at the dark fruit nose of blackberry and currant that carries through to the palate, interwoven with complex aromas of black licorice, anise and creme de cassis.
A warm and welcoming flavor profile from an unexpected combination of ingredients that have played a role in Kristen's story. A delicate balance of sweet, sour, and salt from licorice and sour cherry, accented with the fruity heat of pink peppercorns.
