Kentucky Owl Bourbon was founded in 1879 by C.M. Dedman on the banks of the Kentucky River. The distillery produced “The Wise Man’s Bourbon” for decades until its long and storied history was interrupted by Prohibition. Fortunately, the Kentucky Owl brand was relaunched with Batch #1 in 2014.
The Tomintoul distillery is located in the Scottish Highlands in the Cairngorms National Park. The distillery was named after the village of Tomintoul, which is located near the site. The whiskey distillery was opened in 1964 and is now in the hands of Angus Dundee Distillers.
This award-winning bourbon is distinctly American in that it forges a path all its own. To create its singular flavor profile, we age it for 10 years in the hills of Tennessee and choose not to chill-filter as is popular with many bourbons. This gives us an even greater depth of flavor going into the bottle. Incredibly well balanced, it’s a standout bourbon for moments that are to be remembered.
Bulleit Rye is an award-winning, straight rye whiskey with a character of unparalleled spice and complexity. Released in 2011, it continues to enjoy recognition as one of the highest quality ryes available. Russet in color, with rich oaky aromas.
Amber in color. Rose, lychee, hint of rosemary, mature woodiness and sandalwood on the nose. Honeylike sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate flavors. Subtle, tender long finish, with hint of Mizunara (Japanese oak).
