Gran Palas is a tribute to the decade in which we started making cava. Winemakers since 1920, we have created this collection in honor of our beginnings. It is made with grapes of the three native varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada, harvested by hand in the Penedès area.
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah- The nose is brimming with aromas of black currants and figs. The grapes have been carefully selected to impart a tightly-knit structure and a pleasant jammy texture. This wine is one of the noble cuvées of the Nadiv range; 18 months of aging in French oak barrels rounds out a wine that is complex and elegant.
The Chateau Riganes White is made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Light gold in color with green reflections. On the nose, bursting aromas of yellow grapefruit, earthy minerals, lemon peel, hints of freshly cut grass and white spring flowers.
The Essence Malbec grapes originate from a vineyard site which has a unique and ideal microclimate. This site in the Ayalon Valley has a distinguishing airflow, allowing the vines to cool in the evening from the average daily temperatures.
The Psagot Prat is a red port wine made from grapes grown in the Judean Hills. The color is a dark purple, with floral notes of dark fruit, chocolate, and rose pedals. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, which adds nice vanilla oak flavors to the complex fruit flavors.
This top quality wine is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot. 250 Years ago an enormous cave was quarried inside a natural grove in the heart of the Carmel Mountains.
A boutique Bordeaux-style blend, rich in flavors. The grapes were carefully selected by hand from a vineyard in the Judean Hills. The wine was aged in fine French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is full-bodied, rich in fruit aromas, balanced, fleshy, and very enjoyable to drink.
The blend consists of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Marselan, 16% Merlot, and 8% Sangiovese from our vineyards in the Judean Hills region. This wine pays tribute to the Marsalis family, known as “the first family of jazz.”
This Bordeaux blend was delicately crafted from grapes that were handpicked from Castel's Israeli vineyards. Aged in stainless steel tanks after fermentation the Castel La Vie Rouge Du Castel exhibits youthful and fresh characters.

Mt. Amasa is made from grapes grown in the unique terroir of Yatir Forest. The wine was matured for 5 months in combination concrete amphorae, 500 liter oak barrels and stainless steel vats. Mt. Amasa is the meeting place between the Judean Hills, Negev and Judean Desert. 52% Viognier 33% Chenin Blanc 15% Roussanne.
