This Merlot features a light ruby red color and an aromatic, juicy nose with notes of strawberries and dried roses. The lush and balanced body leads to a juicy, satisfying finish. It pairs well with traditional Italian and Mediterranean summer dishes, as well as appetizers like mezze and antipasti.
Mensch wines are full-bodied and made from Zinfandel. It offers a spicy, zippy tasted of black cherry, licorice, chocolate and herbs. Mensch wines are made with the new flash-détente technique that allows us to flash-heat our grapes straight out of the vineyard. We never heat the wine. Both white and red wines are barrel fermented with native yeast.
Our Single Vineyard collection is inspired by the Herzog family's ongoing commitment to sourcing and prospecting new vineyards. The Dry Creek Valley appellation features ancient hills with rocky soil that drains exceptionally well helping to stress the vines late in the growing season, and concentrate the flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon.
This is the flagship wine of Yatir Winery. Yatir uses the best plots of the best vineyards of each particular vintage to craft this wine. It is aged up to 18 months in small French oak barrels and then has a further year's bottle aging before release.
A gorgeous vintage. A liquorice bomb, nevertheless. Some rose and candied characteristics. Unsurprisingly grippy tannins. Good with oily tomato pesto and ravioli. After giving it some time to breath there's bold cassis and prunes to complement the slightly more toned-down liquorice.
Saperavi (saw-pear-ah-we) is an old grape variety from the most ancient winemaking region of the world. The wine is full-bodied with notes of ripe dark fruits and cassis.

Gran Palas is a tribute to the decade in which we started making cava. Winemakers since 1920, we have created this collection in honor of our beginnings. It is made with grapes of the three native varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada, harvested by hand in the Penedès area.
Pescaja Soliter is a robust and voluptuous red with an intense ruby color. Inviting and fresh on the nose, it is rich in red fruits and balsamic memories. In the mouth, the rich strawberry jam is surprising first, which then leaves a very pleasant freshness.
With a beautiful pale gold color and green reflections, this Chablis has a powerful, fresh and floral nose with notes of fresh almond and hazelnut, citrus, and white flowers. The mouth is balanced, minerally, and restrained.
Naveh Red is an estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon based wine made from hand-picked grapes on select plots in our estate vineyards in the southern Golan Heights. The soil which sits 400 meters above sea level, is volcanic and rich in clay.
Bright pale yellow robe with golden reflections. The nose is complex, combining flowers (broom), grapefruit with mineral aromas (flint). The attack is lively and fresh with confirmation of exotic fruits. Good aromatic persistence.
Dry red wine. The grapes were harvested from the oldest of the winery's plots. Aged for about 22 months in French oak barrels, most of them new. Characterized by an extremely high acidity level, allowing the wine to continue to age for years. The wine has an 'old world' substance, and is suitable for heavy meat meals.
A combination of the sky and the ocean, La Maison Bleue is a perfect symbol of the terroir from which it comes. This cuvée has benefited from the warmth of the South-West sun to develop body and complexity, while at the same time enjoying an oceanic climate which gives it freshness and vivacity.
