This lightly effervescent wine has a moderate crimson reflection with delicate floral fragrance of honeysuckle and raspberry aromas. Bottled by V.E.C.A.M. (Vecchia Cantina di Montepulciano).
The Psagot Cabernet Franc is a single varietal, made of Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested in the Judean Hills. The fruit and oak are nicely integrated in this balanced wine exhibiting aromas of blackberries and some sour cherries.
Grapes are harvested by hand, gently crushed, and soft pressed before being transferred to the winery for primary alcoholic fermentation. A second fermentation at low temperature lasts over two months, and the wine is finished with maturation on yeast lees for three months before bottling.
